Introducing our House Mezcal, meticulously crafted by a family deeply rooted in the art of quality mezcal production. Grown and processed on their cherished ranch in the remote region of Santa Ana del Rio, Oaxaca, this mezcal showcases the essence of its origin.

Agave angustifolia, also known as “maguey espadin,” holds a significant presence in the mezcal industry, contributing around 85% of all mezcal production. Known for its relatively faster maturation rate of 7-8 years, it is one of the most carbohydrate-rich agave varieties. However, the true measure of quality lies in the skill and dedication of the artisans responsible for its processing.

Our House Mezcal reflects the culmination of generations of expertise. Each agave plant is carefully nurtured in the mineral-rich soils on the Molino family ranch, capturing the essence of the surrounding terroir. The family’s ingrained understanding of crafting superior mezcal ensures that every step of production is executed with utmost care.
